Payments, Shipping & Returns

PAYMENTS: You will have the option to make your secure payment via Square or PayPal using any of their payment methods, credit cards or your PayPal balance. We do not save or store your payment information on this website. 

SALES TAX: Arizona residents (only) pay sales tax of 6.1%.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE US: We offer domestic US FREE SHIPPING. We ship USPS first class package with tracking. We ship throughout the US and all US territories.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY: We ship to many (see list below) International locations via USPS first class package with tracking (if available). We offer flat rate shipping rates of $9.95 USD to Canada and  $12.95 USD to all other countries we ship to regardless of how many items you buy in the same combined order. International Buyers are responsible for all customs and VAT fees at their end. We create labels with customs forms from our shipping site and do not alter the value on those forms.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING TIMES: We ship within 1 Business day of receiving cleared payment via USPS first class. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day, however the occasional trade show may extend that handling time to 2-3 business days. Exceptions are for custom orders - a time estimate for shipment will be given before finalizing custom orders. Actual Shipping Delivery times are determined by USPS. Use your tracking number to see when it should arrive. International Buyers should wait 3 weeks before contacting us about delay concerns but most international orders are delivered in 2 weeks or less. You can use your tracking number for most locations. 

RETURNS POLICY
Returns are accepted up to 30 days from receipt of your order and must be unused and unworn. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with a return request and reason for the return. Ship your return in original condition and packaging as soon as possible after our response and it must have a Return Authorization number from us. Shipment should be USPS first class package and you must provide the tracking number to us. If we made a mistake in fulfilling your order or the description we will refund or exchange (your option) and refunds are issued within 5 days of receiving such returns in original condition. If you simply want to return it for some other reason, you may for store credit or exchange only. Due to our many unique designs and artisan made items we cannot guarantee replacement of your item with the exact same type, therefore we only offer store credit or alternative item exchanges. Be sure to communicate clearly with us about exchanges or store credit. Happy customers are our priority and we will work with you to resolve any issues with your order.

NOTE: We do not refund for "lost" orders if tracking shows they were delivered, nor do we refund International orders returned because the buyer refused to pay their customs/VAT fees upon receipt. International Buyers should check their local customs office or customs webpage for limits on value and customs/VAT fees for merchandise before ordering.
